Dark blue rain boots about 17cm high. The sole tread is very deep under the heel, which will pick-up a lot of mud but also provides a little cushioning while you walk and insulation against cold. These are in the "slip on" category, but you know how wellingtons work: there's nothing like a lace or elastic; you just shove your foot in, and if they rub you wear thicker layers of socks or add an insole.
In order to make a closer fit, these are moulded narrower at the heel to suit women's feet and reduce slipping and chafing caused by wearing unisex wellingtons. You can buy butterfly-shaped pads to make a unisex wellie fit better on a narrow heel, or you can buy these.
Made at the same G&G footwear factory in Parma, Italy as our unisex Parma Mules, using anti-bacterial plastic.
Recycling is probably hard because plastic and fabric are melted-together.
