Description of vegan shoe boot or belt
These boots have plenty of lacing to hold them on to most feet, mens or womens, and the design was first known as "monkey boot" after scaffolders wore something in the same style in the 1950s and 1960s. They might stay on your feet without being laced-up to the top.
It is possible, but expensive, to replace the sole.
There is a size search for this category, so you might find an ankle boot or a shoe with a bouncing sole if there isn't a monkey boot in your size. Re-ordering out of stock sizes is tricky at the time of writing - contact us if you want to find out the current position.
Made in England under EU health safety employment discrimination and environmental law; taxes from production go towards social security, pensions, and the NHS.
